HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join LEONI’s talent acquisition team in Tunisia. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and select the best talent for our automotive wiring systems business, supporting the company’s growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualification profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interview panels between candidates and managers.
• Perform reference, employment and criminal background checks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with talent pools for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Management or Psychology.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Knowledge of job analysis, job fairs and talent market trends.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven continuous improvement.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
