HR Operations Team Manager

About the role

Yazaki is seeking an HR Operations Team Manager to support its plant in Gafsa. The role involves overseeing daily HR activities, ensuring service quality, and fostering employee development on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Operations Manager in organizing daily activities, allocating workloads, monitoring performance, and developing team members.
• Implement priorities and action plans, providing regular progress updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll, HR administration, employee lifecycle services, and employee support.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, supporting employees and managers.
• Oversee hiring strategy for direct and indirect employees and ensure process compliance and reliable HR data.
• Report KPIs, backlogs, errors, and service quality, proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 5‑8 years experience in HR Operations or Administration, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience coordinating a team and supporting people development.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, handle employee concerns and escalate matters appropriately.
