About the role
The European Technology Chamber is seeking a French‑speaking HR Coordinator to support recruitment and people‑related processes for its Tunis office and international stakeholders. The role blends on‑site HR administration with remote collaboration, offering a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and manage recruiting activities for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Publish job advertisements on relevant platforms and screen applications.
- Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates and internal teams.
- Assist with onboarding and general HR administration.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Help implement HR processes, policies, and internal procedures.
- Facilitate employee communication and people‑management topics.
- Work on‑site in Tunis 2‑3 days per week to address operational HR needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage HR and administrative processes in a structured, professional manner.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent French; good English; Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Tunis or able to work on‑site regularly.
