HR Business Partner – Plants

About the role

The HR Business Partner will drive people capability, cultural transformation and workforce development for a manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s standards and future‑ready operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Capability Program, focusing on functional competencies for shop‑floor and leadership roles.
• Implement High‑Performing Teams programs for leaders and operators.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning to anticipate future skill needs.
• Roll out Front Line Worker and Manager Development Programs.
• Champion Henkel’s cultural transformation, DEI initiatives and plant‑wide cohesion.
• Partner with hiring teams to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing programs tailored to production workers.
• Collaborate with compensation teams to ensure fair, competitive pay.
• Drive adoption of digital HR tools to enhance employee experience.
• Facilitate systematic knowledge sharing across HR and production teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading capability development or transformation programs.
• Strong facilitation and project‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance and social sustainability.
