About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional female hostess to welcome members and visitors at our Gym Wave facility in Rades. The role involves managing the front desk, providing information, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and visitors with a courteous attitude.
- Handle check‑in procedures, membership inquiries, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling of classes or appointments as needed.
Required profile
- Well‑presented appearance and strong sense of service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
- Comfortable using standard computer tools.
- Team‑oriented, punctual and reliable.
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness centre, or reception environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, office software).
