Health Safety Environment Engineer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at Poly Services Industriels in Enfidha. The Health Safety Environment Engineer will develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures and standards that meet legal and company requirements. You will work closely with operations teams to foster a strong safety culture across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and enforce health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Prepare incident, near‑miss reports and support investigations, tracking corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings, deliver training and awareness programmes for staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in health & safety and occupational health.
• Proficiency with EHS management systems and continuous improvement.
• Solid background in safety engineering, including hazard identification and mitigation.
• Experience designing and delivering HSE training programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health & safety or related field.
