Head of Product Section – Production Management

About the role

The Head of Product Section will lead and supervise multiple organisational units within the product section, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and KPIs. This senior position is responsible for strategic planning, budget management, and driving continuous performance improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the product section organisational units, setting objectives and KPIs.
• Design and lead initiatives related to product development and governance.
• Define and control budgets for activities within the area of responsibility.
• Implement measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, and succession planning.
• Provide functional accountability for the product section at the country level.

Required profile

• University degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in management and 3 years in production management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong social competences: communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, result orientation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, teamwork.
