Head of Product Section

About the role

LEONI is seeking a senior leader to head its Product Section, overseeing multiple organizational units and driving strategic initiatives across the country. This role combines operational leadership with responsibility for standards, governance, and budget management within the automotive wiring systems business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Product Section organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Design and drive initiatives that enhance product development, process efficiency, and governance.
• Define and manage budgets for activities within the Product Section.
• Oversee multiple organizational units, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.
• Maintain functional accountability for the Product Section at the country level.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a production‑related role, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Fluent in French and English.
