Head of Corporate

About the role

Bank ABC Tunisia is seeking a senior leader to head its Corporate division within the Wholesale Banking segment. Reporting directly to the Head of Wholesale Banking, the role will drive growth, manage risk, and ensure high‑quality client service across the corporate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account strategy to grow and protect the client portfolio, reduce concentration risk, and meet revenue, loan, and deposit targets.
• Increase portfolio productivity through re‑pricing, cross‑selling, and product penetration while aligning with industry outlooks.
• Originate new deals, maintain existing relationships, and expand the client base to diversify liabilities and deposits.
• Oversee credit and risk management, ensuring timely CAF approvals, renewals, and escalation of red flags to protect the portfolio.
• Lead and develop the corporate team, attract talent, and foster a culture of accessibility and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver accurate, timely services and ensure synergy with retail banking.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and credit assessment skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Tunisian market, key players, and sector trends.
• Proven client relationship management abilities.
• Leadership experience in a corporate banking environment.
