About the role
The Guest Services Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Sheraton Tunis Hotel, handling inquiries, requests, and communications through multiple channels. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Answer guest questions and process requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls, and route calls to appropriate departments.
- Log all guest interactions in the computer system and follow up to confirm resolution.
- Provide information on room features, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
- Process room‑service orders, advise on menu selections, and record transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Assist guests with internet access and in‑room entertainment.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific certifications needed.
Required skills
- Telephone switchboard operation.
- Point‑of‑sale system usage.
