Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Ouinex is a next‑generation multi‑asset trading platform seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own user acquisition and brand awareness. You will design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns while coordinating cross‑functional resources to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit and other channels.
• Manage paid media budgets, optimise CPA, CAC, ROAS and other performance metrics.
• Continuously improve conversion rates throughout the acquisition funnel.
• Coordinate designers, content creators, social media managers, agencies, freelancers and growth partners.
• Run growth experiments, affiliate, referral and influencer programmes, and explore strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance and growth marketing, preferably in fintech or digital platforms.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to deliver campaigns on time and at high quality.
• Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable analysing performance data and iterating quickly.
