Growth Marketing Lead – Crypto & Digital Acquisition

About the role

Ouinex is a next‑generation trading platform that combines cryptocurrencies, derivatives and traditional markets. They are seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and brand growth globally, working remotely with a cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute user acquisition across digital channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, launch, manage and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns, monitoring CPA, CAC, ROAS, activation, retention and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate internal and external resources – designers, content creators, social media managers, agencies, freelancers and affiliates – to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
• Design and run growth experiments, acquisition strategies and performance dashboards.
• Support and expand affiliate, ambassador, referral and influencer programmes.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth initiatives and strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing, preferably in crypto, fintech or high‑growth consumer tech.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising paid campaigns based on data.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) and Reddit.
• Experience with analytics and attribution tools.
• Affiliate and influencer marketing management.
