Group FP&A Manager (French & English)

About the role

Free2move is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to support the CFO and executive team in steering the financial performance of the Group. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and consolidation across all business units, ensuring high‑quality, consistent financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial reporting and performance review process for the Group.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning cycles across all subsidiaries.
• Analyse actuals versus budget/forecast, identify variances and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management presentations and ad‑hoc analyses for senior leadership and the Board.
• Support strategic decisions, including investments, new projects, financing, M&A and due‑diligence activities.
• Act as the key user of Planful, driving continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools and financial models.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate finance, FP&A or controlling within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with accounting, treasury, tax and local finance teams.
