About the role
Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a German‑speaking Customer Experience (CX) Specialist. You will work in a multilingual support team, providing assistance to customers in both German and English across various channels.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate solutions.
- Handle general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- No prior experience in a similar role required.
