Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

• Handle general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• No prior experience required; suitable for junior candidates.
