About the role

Berlitz is looking for a passionate Full Time English Trainer to deliver high‑quality English language instruction using the Berlitz Method. You will work with individuals and groups, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that helps learners achieve their language goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct English lessons focused on conversational skills and practical language use.
• Adapt lesson plans to suit individual learner needs and proficiency levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.
• Foster a motivating classroom atmosphere.
• Stay updated on teaching methodologies and resources.

Required profile

• Master's degree in English Literature, Civilization, Linguistics or Business English.
• CELTA or equivalent certification.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in teaching or corporate training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for language learning and cross‑cultural communication.
• Flexibility to work part‑time hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
