French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will assist customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering friendly and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar ticketing and e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
