About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to deliver non‑voice customer support entirely remotely. You will interact with customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written French and English with strong reading comprehension.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce experience a plus).
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Shopify.
