About the role

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hospitality by overseeing daily operations across one or more dining outlets. You will ensure every guest experience is memorable while supporting a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing and reporting.
• Develop and implement guest‑satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, cost control and portion management.
• Supervise, train and schedule team members, providing feedback and recognition to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and coaching of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑service regulations.
