Fitness Instructor – Seasonal Role in Tunisia

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, qualified fitness professionals to join our team at TUI BLUE Palm Beach Palace in Tunisia. The position runs from now until 31 October, with the possibility of extending to a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a variety of group fitness classes, including Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training and exercise‑to‑music sessions.
• Deliver wellbeing sessions for guests of all ages and nationalities.
• Plan and execute daytime sport activities and evening entertainment programmes.
• Engage with guests to ensure a high‑quality experience and maintain safety standards in line with TUI policies.

Required profile

• Friendly, vibrant personality able to work independently and within an international team.
• Willingness to complete TUI training, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Passion for sports, fitness and wellbeing with solid personal experience.
• Mandatory fitness certifications (Group‑Training, Personal Training, Yoga/Pilates, Exercise‑to‑Music). Bachelor in sport science with nutrition modules is considered for expert positions.
