Financial Modeller – Remote (Ireland Teams)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Modeller to join our Decision Support team and work remotely with Ireland‑based colleagues. The role focuses on building, reviewing and analysing robust financial models for capital investment projects and providing clear financial insights to senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models tailored to capital investment projects, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance with project requirements.
• Incorporate sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate outcomes under varying assumptions.
• Review models prepared by others, challenge assumptions, and recommend improvements to enhance robustness.
• Support capital investment appraisals through cost‑benefit, ROI and NPV assessments and help prepare business cases.
• Analyse balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements to identify key financial metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams and external advisors, presenting findings to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, economics or related fields.
• Strong background in financial modelling and capital investment analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality analytical work remotely.
