Finance Manager – Lead Finance Team & Operations

About the role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join Carthagium, an independent medical TPA serving the international private medical insurance market. The role sits at the intersection of finance, audit and operations, providing direct exposure to international clients and multi‑entity environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Prepare and present financial and operational statements.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support compliance and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with operations teams to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Required profile
- Native‑level fluency in English and French.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience in audit and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
