Filmmaker (Videographer / Video Editor)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Filmmaker to join our boutique production team in Tunisia. You will be responsible for creating high‑end video content from concept through delivery, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or co‑direct video shoots (interviews, brand films, product videos, events) and operate cameras, lighting and sound equipment.
• Scout locations, assist with casting, schedule shoots and advise on gear requirements.
• Hand off organized footage to editors, provide creative input on edits, and occasionally produce quick social‑media cuts.
• Manage on‑set logistics, coordinate with clients, and maintain disciplined file backups and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a filmmaker, videographer or video editor with a portfolio.
• Strong camera skills (mirrorless, cinema cameras) and solid knowledge of lighting and sound.
• Understanding of visual composition, movement, rhythm and cinematic storytelling.
• Experience with short‑form and branded content, able to work independently or in a small agile crew.
• Based in Tunisia, available to travel for shoots and comfortable with tight deadlines.
