About the role
The Quality Engineer will support the introduction of new NPI parts from start‑up to serial production, ensuring all required documentation meets applicable specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead first‑article inspections and prepare approval packages for customers.
- Ensure compliance with AS9102, AS13100/AS9145, APQP and PPAP standards.
- Manage quality requirements for NPI, drive tasks to achieve successful PPAP submissions and meet NPI milestones.
- Perform MSA, SPC studies, control plans, and validate PFMEA, PFD, work instructions.
- Support CMM programming, inspection template preparation, and design of fixtures or special tooling.
Required profile
- Engineer degree, preferably mechanical or equivalent.
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents; GD&T knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
