Facility Coordinator – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

Officea Facility is looking for a proactive Facility Coordinator to keep our Tunis office running smoothly. You will be the first line of defence for daily technical issues, ensuring that our spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor technical interventions such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to spot and resolve maintenance problems before they impact operations.
• Coordinate with specialised subcontractors for larger repairs and oversee quality control.
• Respond promptly to on‑site facility requests from staff and visitors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and manage minor inventory supplies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility coordination, maintenance, or a similar hands‑on technical role.
• Strong practical skills with a “fix‑it‑first” mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑service oriented attitude.
