About the role
The Expert Sample Coordination role ensures timely and accurate production of all sample parts, including customer, internal, and validation samples, while coordinating deliveries across internal functions, suppliers, and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sample and aftermarket team, organize prototype parts production and maintain sample stock.
- Define production concepts for aftermarket parts, track parts without LEONI FORS numbers, and interface with purchasing for manual orders.
- Follow P&L for prototype production and drive process improvements in collaboration with engineering and the plant.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in the wiring field.
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage conflicts and motivate teams.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office.
- Continuous Flow Production, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Engineering Optimization, Engineering Principles, Engineering Standards and Procedures.
- Ergonomics, Manufacturing Processes, Project Change Management.
