About the role
LEONI is looking for an Expert Master Production Schedule professional to manage the MPS process for its production facility in Zaghouan. You will ensure accurate scheduling, support S&OP alignment and help optimise resources and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Master Production Scheduling (MPS) process within the assigned area.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conduct MPS activities and prepare local data for Country S&OP.
- Monitor consistency between S&OP and MPS and provide reliable MPS data for MRP.
- Support continuous optimisation of resources and inventory in line with VCM strategy.
- Participate in regular MPS meetings, supplying relevant data and tracking technical changes to avoid material obsolescence.
- Assist with the facility’s stock‑take process.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Proficiency in English (B2) and French (B2).
- Experience in Value Chain Management (VCM) and familiarity with S&OP/MRP processes.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage change, stay results‑oriented and work independently.
