About the role

NTU International is assembling a non‑principal expert team for an EU‑funded project that supports visibility, strategic communication, public and cultural diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The Digital, Web, Social Media and Multipliers Expert will design and implement digital communication actions, manage online channels and amplify the project’s messages across target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital communication strategies aligned with the project’s objectives.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, and engage online communities.
• Plan, launch and monitor web‑based campaigns, ensuring performance metrics are met.
• Produce web content, articles, videos and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with partners, stakeholders and multilingual teams to maximise outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+3 (or equivalent) in digital communication, digital marketing, web‑marketing, digital journalism or related field.
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English are assets.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital communication, social media management or web content creation (or 6 years if the academic level is lower).
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience managing web or social‑media campaigns.
