ERP Tools & Automation Manager

About the role

Ooredoo Tunisia's Technology Department is looking for an ERP Tools & Automation Manager who reports to the IT Automation Associate Director. The role covers the governance, engineering, solution design and rollout of ERP solutions across the organization, ensuring they align with business requirements, enterprise architecture and IT governance standards. It manages ERP evolution, coordinates rollouts, validates business requirements, oversees solution design and governs application changes through Service Management and IT development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application roadmap and lead ERP rollout projects across business domains
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions and review functional and technical designs
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT governance, and coordinate solution engineering with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform impact assessments for ERP changes, validate feasibility of new requirements and ensure configuration standardization
• Manage change requests through Service Management per ITIL, initiate Jira requests for ITMS development, and coordinate SIT/UAT testing and deployment readiness reviews
• Document ERP solutions and design decisions, monitor rollout progress, risks and dependencies, and manage ERP vendors and implementation partners
• Contribute to resolving audit findings and work with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Information Security and operational teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Experience leading Oracle EBS implementation or rollout initiatives, and in ERP solution design, engineering and governance
• Experience managing cross-functional ERP projects with business stakeholders
• Experience with ITIL Change Management, Jira or similar ALM tools, and managing external ERP vendors
• English and French at professional level
