English Language Coach (Full-time, Onsite)

About the role

Wall Street English Tunisia is looking for a full‑time English Language Coach to work on‑site in Tunis. The coach will help learners achieve their English goals through practical coaching, personalized support, and an immersive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactive sessions for small groups, focusing on speaking and listening skills.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching to address individual learner needs.
• Monitor learner progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust coaching plans accordingly.
• Participate in the organization of communication and networking workshops.
• Manage class schedules and handle various administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Recent graduate eligible for a CIVP contract.
• Excellent command of English.
• Energetic, positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Passion for education, languages, and delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Expertise in English language instruction and methodologies, with a focus on speaking and listening.
