Engineering Manager

About the role

ServicePower is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development, testing, and maintenance of its Scheduling capability for the employed workforce solution. The role ensures performance, availability, and alignment with product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile development, testing, and deployment of Scheduling components, including Server, Gantt, and Manager.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define plans that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
• Guide a distributed team of onshore and offshore Software Engineers, reviewing and approving code changes.
• Ensure products meet SLAs, security requirements, and platform compatibility.
• Address production issues, improve testing strategies, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing teams building enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Java development.

• C++ knowledge.
• SQL database expertise.
• Experience delivering cloud‑based SaaS products and managing cloud infrastructure.
