Elevate Functional Advisor

About the role

Medius is looking for an Elevate Functional Advisor to join the Functional and Technical Adoption team within Customer Success. You will work with strategic, high‑profile customers worldwide, helping them maximise the value of Medius spend‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with live customers to improve processes and increase efficiency through automation.
• Analyse customer data and provide recommendations for workflow optimisation.
• Guide customers on best‑practice configuration and inform them about new features.
• Support clients during testing phases and go‑live of new functionalities.
• Collaborate with global Professional Services and Customer Success teams.

Required profile

• Prior experience with cloud‑based SaaS IT systems and spend‑management or Source‑to‑Pay solutions.
• Structured work approach, strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Consulting or advisory experience in accounting or finance.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken); French is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central or Infor M3.
• Proficiency with PowerBI or other reporting tools.
