Editorial Reviewer - Environmental Science

About the role

Cactus Communications is looking for reviewers in its Earth and Environmental Science team to review manuscripts on a work-from-home basis. The arrangement is contractual and renewable by mutual consent, with regular work available so that a predictable schedule can be maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks on edited manuscripts to ensure they meet the standards of international publications
• Provide timely feedback to editors
• Manage deadlines and ensure high quality standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Environmental Science, Earth Science, Atmospheric Science, Geology, Mineralogy, Climate Science, Geophysics, Energy, Sustainability, Renewable Energy or a related field
• Excellent written English and attention to detail

Required skills

• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
