Dutch-Speaking Inbound Customer Service Agent – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native Dutch speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. As the first point of contact for Dutch‑speaking shoppers, you will handle inbound calls, emails and chats, helping customers with orders, returns, product information and overall shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to written inquiries (email/chat) in Dutch.
• Manage order queries, process returns and handle general customer questions.
• Provide accurate product information and shopping advice.
• Document each interaction precisely in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and the Team Lead.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce, fashion or a contact‑center environment.
• Native‑level Dutch (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Good English skills for internal communication and training.
• Strong communication abilities and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Self‑motivation and discipline to work independently from home.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
