Digital Guest Experience Host

About the role

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Digital Guest Experience Host at TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet. You will lead the hotel’s omni‑channel communications, creating engaging digital content and delivering top‑notch service both online and in person.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content across the hotel app, social media, digital signage and review platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and coordinate web and social media content that supports the brand’s marketing strategy.
• Act as the hotel’s App ambassador, assisting guests and colleagues with app features and queries.
• Set up and train relevant teams on app‑connected booking features and facilities.
• Report technical issues and suggest improvements to central development teams.

Required profile

• Experience in media, social media, online marketing, apps and digital content creation.
• Fluent in English and the local language with strong written and verbal communication.
• Enthusiastic about digital communication and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
