Data Quality & Control Lead

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Quality & Control Lead to ensure the integrity of insights delivered to luxury and premium brands. Reporting to the Chief of Operation Excellence, you will oversee quality standards across the value chain and manage a global team of validators.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast operational volumes, allocate resources, and manage a budget for 30+ external validators across MEA, Americas and Europe.
• Implement SOPs, data standards, KPIs, dashboards and quality checks to protect data integrity and compliance.
• Run regular quality audits, identify risks early and resolve issues in collaboration with Data Analytics, Insights and Commercial teams.
• Recruit, onboard, certify and train internal and external resources, ensuring adherence to budgets and rate cards.
• Deliver regular dashboards and quarterly reports on evaluator, translator and validation quality to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Data Quality, Quality Control, Compliance or Project Management.
• Proven experience managing remote or freelance teams.
• Strong knowledge of research methods, statistical analysis and problem‑solving.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
