Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our Data & Digital Transformation team within the COO organization. Reporting to the Head of Data & Digital Transformation for Asset Management, you will design, develop, and maintain a modern data platform that supports AI and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain clean, tested, version‑controlled dbt models using a Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Develop scalable data solutions in Snowflake, ensuring performance, security, and operational efficiency.
• Integrate data from relational databases, APIs and other sources while following ingestion best practices.
• Collaborate with upstream teams on data ingestion standards, access provisioning, and governance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment, and document data models and pipeline logic for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with Snowflake or another major cloud data warehouse.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
