Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our call centre in Sousse. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in English, promoting psychic reading services, and contributing to sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide information about services.
• Register and prospect new clients.
• Conduct sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Motivated with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in an English call centre is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy.

• Base salary of 700 TND net, increasing to 900 TND after three months.
