About the role
TalentPop is seeking a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Associate to join its global operations team. This remote position involves handling customer inquiries across phone, live chat, and email while representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely support via phone, live chat, and email.
- Accurately resolve customer questions and issues.
- Document all interactions in detail.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk roles.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms (preferred).
