Customer Service Associate – German Speaker

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Associate who will provide top‑tier support to German‑speaking customers. Working remotely, you will handle inquiries via phone, live chat and email, ensuring a smooth experience for our global community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions across phone, live chat, and email channels.
• Accurately resolve issues and document each interaction.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the support platform.
• Represent TalentPop with professionalism and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support or help‑desk roles.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify or similar support platforms (preferred).
