Customer Service Associate – German Speaker

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Associate to join its global operations team. You will work remotely, providing high‑quality support to internal teams and the community through phone, live chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across phone, live chat, and email channels.
• Resolve issues accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed interaction logs.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams.
• Represent TalentPop with professionalism, empathy, and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or help‑desk roles.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar support platforms (preferred).
