About the role
Autoliv seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to represent the Tunisia plant in resolving customer quality issues and ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards. You will act as the main interface with internal departments and customers, supporting product launches and warranty management.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the plant in resolving customer quality issues and coordinate 8D report completion.
- Manage warranty returns, conduct analysis, and implement containment actions.
- Coordinate sorting, rework activities, and the return of defective products at customer sites.
- Support new product launches and participate in expert review committees.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Required skills
- Problem‑solving methodologies: 8D, PDCA, 5M, 5P, Ishikawa.
- Quality standards: IATF 16949, CSR.
- Core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
