Creative Project Coordinator

About the role

The Creative Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects across multiple teams in Tunis. You will manage workflows, timelines, communications, and digital assets to ensure projects move efficiently from intake to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Jira tickets and creative requests from intake through final delivery.
• Review incoming requests to ensure briefs, assets, and requirements are complete.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, resources, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Assign tasks, track progress, resolve blockers, and obtain approvals.
• Support project kick‑offs and maintain alignment between stakeholders and creative teams.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates.
• Organise and maintain digital assets in the DAM system, including metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and file organization.
• Coordinate retouching workflows with internal teams and external freelancers.
• Ensure final assets are delivered and uploaded correctly.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic coordination, or creative operations.
• Strong experience with Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
