Creative Project Coordinator – Evening Shift

About the role

The Creative Project Coordinator will support planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects across multiple teams in our Tunis office. Working on an evening shift, you will manage workflows, timelines, communications, and digital assets to move projects from intake to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Jira tickets and creative requests from intake through delivery.
• Review incoming briefs, assets, and requirements to ensure completeness.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, resources, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Assign tasks, track progress, resolve blockers, and obtain approvals.
• Support project kick‑offs and maintain alignment between stakeholders and creative teams.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates.
• Organise digital assets in the DAM system, handling metadata, tagging, and taxonomy.
• Coordinate retouching workflows with internal teams and external freelancers.
• Ensure final assets are delivered and uploaded correctly.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic coordination, or creative operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems is a plus.
