About the role
The Corporate Security Guard will manage security personnel and operations across Visa application centres, ensuring safety and compliance with information security policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage security personnel and oversee their performance reviews.
- Control security operations to implement life‑safety measures and prevent incidents.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to provide advisory security measures.
- Establish and monitor automated security systems.
- Enforce compliance with information security policies and report deviations.
- Maintain logs, submit reports and conduct security awareness training for staff.
- Assist in investigations of security breaches and criminal activities.
- Monitor network and system security independently and support security technology testing.
Required profile
- Experience in managing security teams and handling security incidents.
- Knowledge of information security policies, automation systems and incident reporting.
