About the role
The Coordinator of Volunteers at ID design is a part‑time, remote position responsible for organizing and supporting volunteer activities that contribute to the organization’s projects and community initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit volunteers, conduct onboarding and training sessions, and maintain up‑to‑date volunteer records.
- Schedule volunteer shifts, assign tasks, and provide ongoing guidance to ensure engagement and productivity.
- Communicate regularly with volunteers via email, calls, and virtual meetings, responding to questions and sharing project updates.
- Collaborate with internal team members to identify volunteer needs and support virtual events and outreach campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
- Experience in community outreach to engage partners and expand volunteer participation.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, including scheduling and record‑keeping.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
