About the role
We are looking for a motivated advisor to drive traffic generation and provide technical support for our clients in Sousse. The role combines marketing activities aimed at increasing online visibility with hands‑on assistance for technical issues. Fluency in French is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to create and boost web traffic.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Maintain clear communication with clients in French.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align traffic initiatives with technical solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in traffic creation or digital marketing.
- Background in technical support or similar technical assistance.
- Strong command of the French language.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying schedules.
