Conseiller ventes – Duty Free (Tunis‑Carthage Airport)

About the role

We are seeking three enthusiastic Sales Promoters to represent a premium international brand within the high‑traffic duty‑free area of Tunis‑Carthage Airport. You will engage a multicultural stream of travelers, showcase products and help them discover the best offers while delivering a polished customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers at the point of sale.
• Present products, promotions and brand stories in a persuasive manner.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock presentation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to a diverse, international clientele.
• Report daily sales activity to the team supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, promotion or customer‑facing roles (duty‑free or airport experience is a strong plus).
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus, additional languages such as Italian, German or Russian are an asset.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid airport security badge or ability to obtain one (training provided).
• Based in or willing to commute to Tunis or Djerba.
