About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our Lac 1/2 agency in Tunis. The role combines office‑based client service with field prospecting to promote our property portfolio and grow the agency’s business.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, inform and respond to visitors and clients at the agency.
• Handle commercial and administrative tasks for the office.
• Support the team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prospect the assigned territory to build and maintain a client portfolio.
• Advise clients throughout all phases of a transaction.
• Actively participate in team activities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong orientation toward client service and relationship building.
• Ability to manage administrative and commercial duties.
• Willingness to work both in the office and on the field.
