Conducteur de machine – Spécialiste blisterage

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of blistering equipment and maintaining product quality. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blistering machines according to established procedures.
• Perform continuous quality checks on both products and equipment.
• Carry out first‑level mechanical troubleshooting when malfunctions occur.
• Read and interpret technical schematics for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Enforce strict workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise processes.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience with blistering machines.
• Technical secondary education (CAP, BTS, Baccalauréat, or CFC) in a relevant industrial field.
• Strong attention to detail, vigilance, and ability to work autonomously.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety protocols.
